You don’t have to worry
If there’s something you think could be going better in your life, you don’t have to just sit around and worry about it. And hoping that it will just go away doesn’t help you feel better or fix the problem.
"Nothing in life is to be feared. It is only to be understood." (Marie Curie)
You might feel stressed if you feel like you have no options. And feeling taken off guard can be confusing and scary. Fear and worry don’t help you to work things out. If you ignore or overreact to situations, this puts you in a position where your life is controlling you instead of you controlling it. Sometimes it can be hard to figure out possible issues that could come up, but once you do, there is a lot you can do to plan for them so they can go well.
If you have been in a difficult situation, you might think that life will always be like that. One thing that can help you feel a lot better about your past is to think about what you could have done differently so it would have gone better. Then you can see that you can either prevent it in the future or know how to handle it well this time. Life changes, and as you learn and grow and change, things will get a lot easier and be more the way you would like them to be.
