Another reason you can predict different things, is because the world is based on “cause and effect”; which means things do not come from nothing. Everything that comes up in life has something that started it.

Cause and effect also means that when you choose to do something good, it will always ultimately have a positive effect on you.

Sometimes you hear people say that “something bad happened to them”. This can sound scary because it is saying that things are just coming out of the blue and “happening” to people. But it is not logical to think that anything happens without something first starting it. Anything that comes up is always started by something. This point can be very comforting compared to the scary and untrue thought that they are coming out of nowhere.
